These Terms of Use govern access to and use of this website, owned by KINDRA INDÚSTRIA E COMÉRCIO DE SISTEMAS ELETRÔNICOS LTDA., enrolled under CNPJ no. 38.041.205/0001-98, headquartered in Toledo/PR (“Kindra”). By accessing this website and/or requesting the Kindra Count, you agree to the terms below.

1. Purpose of the website

This website is intended to present Kindra Count, Kindra’s computer-vision and artificial-intelligence solution for automated swine counting in the field — installed on loading/unloading ramps at finishing farms, nurseries, UPDs, and full-cycle operations — as well as to enable the product to be contracted directly under a lease arrangement, together with the associated services (installation, maintenance, and support).

2. Informational and commercial nature

The information, images, prices, and conditions presented on this website are informational and commercial in nature and do not, by themselves, constitute a binding offer. The effective contracting of the Kindra Count is only completed upon signature of the lease agreement between the parties, the terms of which prevail over any generic information published on the website.

3. Registration and accuracy of information

By filling out the sign-up form, the user represents that the information provided (name, company, contact details, production data) is true, complete, and up to date, and is solely responsible for any losses arising from false or incorrect information.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, trademarks, logos, layout, images, videos, and technical materials — is owned by or licensed to Kindra, and is protected by intellectual-property and copyright legislation. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without Kindra’s prior express authorization is prohibited.

5. Appropriate use of the website

The user agrees not to use this website to:

Engage in unlawful or fraudulent acts;
Attempt to access restricted areas, systems, or data without authorization;
Introduce viruses, malware, or any malicious code;
Extract data from the website by automated means without authorization (scraping).

6. Restriction of equipment use to a single property

The Kindra Count is a fixed, non-portable piece of equipment, installed and bound to a single property/farm named in the lease agreement. It is expressly prohibited to remove, transfer, or use the equipment at any property, unit, or farm other than the one declared at contracting, even if it belongs to the same customer, economic group, or integrator. Use at a location other than the contracted one constitutes a breach of contract, subjecting the customer to the penalties and charges set out in the lease agreement, including the requirement to contract an additional unit for the property where the equipment is actually in use.

7. Contracting the Kindra Count

Specific commercial terms for the Kindra Count for swine (lease installment amounts, maintenance monthly fee, minimum contract term, field installation timelines, warranty) are set out in the lease agreement, and may vary according to the farm’s profile (finishing, nursery, UPD, or full-cycle) and region. This website does not replace the formal agreement executed between the parties.

8. Limitation of liability

Kindra strives to keep the information on this website up to date and accurate, but does not guarantee the absence of errors, omissions, or temporary unavailability. Kindra is not liable for damages arising from misuse of the website or from decisions made solely on the basis of generic information contained therein, without proper commercial validation.
